Prepare technical documents such as control strategies, control diagrams, system write-ups, and System Interface Control Documents (SICD).
Conduct technical presentations for consultants and clients.
Review and interpret technical specifications and propose compliant solutions. Lead and oversee the following areas:
+ BMS (Building Management System) design
+ Security system design
+ Engineering work planning
+ Testing and commissioning planning Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Attend technical meetings and deliver system presentations based on project requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience as an Application Engineer
Familiar with DDC and PLC programming
Hands-on experience with SCADA software
Strong knowledge of Industrial Control and Building Management Systems
Experience with related software, including:
+ Building Management System (BMS)
+ Energy Management System (EMS)
+ Maintenance Management System
+ Alarm Notification System
+ Crystal Reports
