What the role is:As an Engineer / Senior Engineer (Cybersecurity), your job role will include, but is not limited to the following :What you will be working on:

• Manage maintenance of Operational Technology (OT) equipment to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, direct and implement an overall cybersecurity strategy to achieve cohesive and complete cyber compliance and capability across PUB Waterworks and Desalination Plants \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and enforce cybersecurity controls, policies, processes and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in risk & vulnerability assessment, and compliance audit \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor, track and implement risk mitigation measures \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and document procedures that meet defined policies and standards for information security management \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform controls reviews and system assessments to develop risk profiles for OT systems and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the OT control environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with Plants\' and System owners to support the OT security initiatives and implementations \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop analytical techniques for large cybersecurity data sets collections to support analysis of abnormal network and system activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor, analyse, and interpret system logs for events and incidents reflective of unauthorized access or operational irregularities \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct incident investigations, reporting, evidence acquisition, and basic forensics \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for calling of quotations/tenders and implementation of projects in the plant \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee vendors and contractor in the areas of performance and fault monitoring, patch management, change management and incident management

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, specializing in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1-2 years of experience in implementing cybersecurity solutions and tools, with additional experience in managing or developing SCADA and PLC systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in the following areas is beneficial: - Programming of Siemens PCS7, Schneider Unity Pro, Mitsubishi, Inductive Automation Ignition, and iFix SCADA and PLC systems. - Working with databases such as MS SQL and PostgreSQL, and managing data interfaces between multiple systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates with no prior experience and who are interested in operational technologies (e.g., control systems) may apply for consideration.
