Job Description

Arrange repairs and maintenance relating to building and equipment's defects Attend and supervise all building operation including the use of the common area, access control, security procedure, cleaning building maintenance, lift usage, facilities usage, tenants conditions and parking management Plan and schedule for all facilities and equipment's license or permit to operate Ensure regular daily,weekly and monthly maintenance checklist Ensure all units and tenants receives monthly billing time Plan and manage for A&A works requested by building owner or tenants Plan and manage for building utilities cost saving and green energy Establishes and assures adherence to facilities departmental budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials. Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededRequirements : Min Diploma /Bachelor Engineering (Elec, Civil, M&E) Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop or Illustrator, M. Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) Tender and construction documentation skills are essential
