Job Description

Undertake precast concrete proposal, technical supports, and design calculation Provide quality check on shop drawings and manage submission/approval progress Liaise with respective parties for precast/project related issues from inception to completion of project Overall project planning and management to meet time, cost, and quality objectives Managing of production progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by analysing output, identifying issues, troubleshoot and sharing the results internally. Effectively plan and manage the die-set, machines, materials, manpower planning, and production schedules to optimize production quantity and produce high quality products, by making the right decision to maximize the results. Assist in obtaining and executing new technology / machinery investment materials, data, information, and plans, including section and department annual budgeting, long-term budgeting, and investment planning, analysis, justifying and sourcing. Lead by example, coach and motivates team by conducting regular communication sessions and performance reviews. Daily equipment maintenance work plan Maintain good housekeeping and discipline, ensure 5S in production lines. Developing and implementing continuous process improvements and technological upgrades Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiorQualifications and Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) recognised by PEB. At least five years of related working experience in Precast Concrete/ Building Structural Design Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and design analysis software Knowledge of automation preferred Must be able to speak and write in both English and Chinese (able to handle queries, requests, and concerns from English/Mandarin-speaking clients/subcontractors.) Confident in analysing and solving production-related problems and demonstrating strong leadership in managing / supervising manpower and collaborating with other departments.
