Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Able to plan, implement and monitor work schedules for all worksites
- Ability to source for suppliers / subcontractors for smooth operation on site
- Independent & able to resolve any technical difficulties & problems that may arise on site
- Assist the Project Manager in the daily coordination, planning, and execution of the project plan at the site.
- Liaison with the relevant parties involved in the project work.
- Prepare site program chart for management review regularly
- Other related duties assigned by the company from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Building construction
- Experience in Civil Engineering related fields is added advantage
- Possess good communication skills for effective follow-up
- Attention to details
- Ability to interact with all levels in a professional & responsive manner display maturity and ability to handle stress
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Enthusiastic team player
