KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand the concept and able to repair commercial kitchen equipment.
Provide an excellent and clear communication to address to customer's enquiry.
Timely completion and reporting of documents and relavant site paperwork
Attend service meetings with customers to explain the monthly report.
Answer to service technician's technical query.
Commissioning of commercial kitchen equipment
Site visit to installation site to ensure M&E services are available before installation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Willing to learn with positive attitude.
Excellent skill of communication.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
