Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement new process in polishing and cleaning for mass production
- Responsible for new equipment set up, installation and qualification
- Process improvement and optimization to enhance on quality, cost reduction and productivity
- Maintain the process and equipment documentation including operating, maintenance and work procedure
- Training of technicians on standard procedure and work instruction
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior
Requirements
- Degree in Material Science, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or any other equivalent discipline
- 2-3 years of working experience in polishing and cleaning process are preferred
- Proficient in DOE, FMEA, SPC
- Possess good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work in cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary
