Responsibilities:

• Study , plan (both pipeline and cable) and work out the cost for infrastructure project.
• Lead a team of staff to plan and ensure timely implementation of underground fibre and pipe in accordance to customer required timeline.
• Manage contractors on the following:
  a. Construction timeline
  b. Monitoring daily work progress and site issue
  c. Work Performance and quality of work
  d. Infringement issue, claim and payment
• Coordinate and manage both internal (product, sale, network etc ) and external stakeholders (authorities, utilities provider, contractors, customers etc) on the delivery of service on time to customers.
• Manage Operating Expenditure and Capital Expenditure for the department to ensure prudence in expenditure.
• Manage and upkeep the network inventory record up to date.
• Monitor and analyze network data on infrastructure utilization.
• Implement initiative,, new automation process to reduce manual works (eg. via RPA) and improve work efficiency.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Supervisor.

• Degree in Engineering related disciplines.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Has knowledge in Fiber Technology and Access & Transmission Technology.
• 1 year work experience in telecommunication industry.
