Construction-Site Engineer Job Describtions: 1. Need to work with a Site Manager within the same areas of work 2. Ensure all contractual requirements are complied with agreed procedures 3. Liaise with the Consultant Representative on project matters 4. Coordinate with Project Manager on the project matters 5. Coordinate with all Subcontractors on matters pertaining to site and quality issues 6. Co-ordinate with QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of project to meet customer requirements 7. Coordinate and work closely with the site foremen, supervisors and all workers on site 8. Check working drawing, identify discrepancies for resolution 9. Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings 10. Ensure the site operations comply with the Project Quality Plan, including quality, environmental and occupational health & safety 11. Ensure proactive measures are adopted for issues relating to quality, environmental and occupational health & safety 12. Execute, monitor and ensure the timely completion of the project 13. Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works 14. Implement cost control measures to meet project budget 15. To assist environmental aspects and impacts, and other environmental issues relating to EMS 16. Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager 17. Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E consultant and vendors to resolve construction and installation issues 18. Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement 19. Report and assist the Project Manager on all projects issues including attending project meetings 20. Follow up and expedite on the project completion such as progress, TOP, handover as per contract timeline Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore

• Min 5 years of experience in various projects

• Good communication skills and a team player

• Positive working attitude and highly adaptable
