Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule equipments\xe2\x80\x99 maintenance.
  • Prepare incident reports for machine failures to Customer.
  • Conduct inspection on tools, machines, ensuring all in order.
  • Ensure Service teams timely update machine faults into the event logs.
  • Investigate fault queries from external parties (eg, CAG, ICA, Certis)
  • Provide 24/7 technical phone support for service team. On-site support for escalated faults.
  • Consult with US engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.
  • Ensure Service teams update and close CRM entries properly.
  • Revise / improve maintenance checklists for all machines type.
  • Constantly seeking improvement to work / troubleshooting practices.
  • Conduct technical training for newly joined personnel.
  • Conduct quarterly refresher training for the Service teams.
  • Committed in meeting equipment KPIs at Changi sites (DLP and/or Service Contracts) with more than 90% compliance.
  • Ensure everyone is working safety by following procedures, using proper tools / PPE.
  • Obtain the highest customer satisfaction possible.
  • Comply with CAG / Leidos safety regulations. Report any unsafe acts / environment to the Service Manager immediately.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
  • Degree in one of the fields (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics).
  • Minimum 2 years field service working experience in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical troubleshooting environment.
  • Preferably with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in an international organization
  • Work experience in an X-ray related environment is an advantage.
  • Able to read schematic diagram for application and troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of computers, operating systems and network knowledge
  • Excellent problem solving skill
  • Knowledge in Linux system and basic administration
  • Creative and ability to improvise
  • Independent with great self-disciplined and results oriented.
  • Self-motivated and confident to take initiative and carry out duties with minimal supervision
  • Team player with the ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Prepares to work inflexible hours to support Service teams remotely or onsite when necessary.
  • Willing to work in dirty, hot and humid environment as & when due to onsite condition.
  • Class 3 driving license required (Not Class 3A).
