Make an Impact by:

• Responsible for all pipe and fibre infra planning and implementation works including Common Service Ducts (CSD), Common duct networks (CDN) projects, new commercial & housing development, and backbone Fibre Network.
• Manage contractors to execute telco underground infrastructure works in the area under his/her care in accordance with all established operation procedures and engineering instructions.
• Manage operation and maintenance of existing telco infrastructures.
• Draft, review or manage contracts and agreements with other agencies, entities or contractors.
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor\'s degree of diploma in Civil Engineering, Building and related disciplines.
• 4 years of related working experience.
• Good knowledge of planning and design of telecommunication or underground infrastructure.
• Able to collaborate effectively with government agencies and other utility operators.
• Know how to optimise underground space planning for telco infrastructures.
