Job Description
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing trainings in close collaboration with various subject matter experts
- Creating learning experiences that engage learners to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomes
- Implementing technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning
- Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required
- Maintaining a database of all training materials
- Creating and updating of technical manual and publications
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Good knowledge of Electronics, especially on RF communication and Networking
- Prior experience in delivering trainings
- Good knowledge of training pedagogy
- Strong ability to get buy in and engage your audience
- Possess excellent communication & presentation skills
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
- Singaporeans Only
