Responsibilities

• Overall - in charge of M&E and Hard Services. Supervise and Co-ordinate All Preventive Maintenance works.
• Stipulated in the contract specifications and in full compliance with all the Regulations and Guidelines set by the Relevant Authorities.
• Monitor and ensure that all contractors employ only duly qualified and competent workmen for servicing, maintenance and repair.
• Regular report of status and monitoring to ensure all routine testing or servicing have been carried out according to the approved scheduled dates. Unless otherwise requested, no postponement or cancellation of the approved routine testing or servicing shall be allowed.
• Liaise with the respective contractor to carry out rectification / repair work if any malfunction or abnormality in the system is detected. The Service Provider shall keep an incident and event status log to ensure that all repair cases raised have been followed up.
• Ensure that the respective contractors liaise and co-ordinate with the tenants\xe2\x80\x99 fitting out contractors when the needs arise.
• Implement a standardized risk assessment program process for regular and ad-hoc work. Conduct regular safety orientation and training to contractor workers. Carry out routine inspection to ensure that the contractors are follow agreed safety procedures.
• Any other work related to contractor management as directed by Clien
• Recognized Diploma or above from a recognized tertiary establishment, relevant Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate recognized by SCDF.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Management/ Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent from a recognized Institute with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in building management service;
• Diploma in Building Management/ Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent from a recognized Institute with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in building management service
