Site Operational Efficiency

o Monitoring operation of electrical and mechanical equipment supporting the facility and facility\xe2\x80\x99s critical operations

o Analyzing the operation of the various systems to determine the cause of any problem / malfunctions and take corrective action as required

o Working with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract

o Ensuring all site facilities operations, maintenance and management activities of the electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire protection systems and equipment, etc., are performed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with the client, JLL and governmental policies and requirements

o Energy management programs to assist the client to reduce cost and eliminate waste

o Managing all vendors effectively and to carry out technical and safety audits/maintenance and repairs for all equipment as scheduled

o Developing engineering service delivery standards with the assistance from JLL\xe2\x80\x99s EOS Platform o Understanding and adhering to the site\xe2\x80\x99s Critical Environment Management procedures

o Working with Post FM and Helpdesk personnel to schedule equipment to be taken off line so that preventative maintenance can be performed

o Providing viable solutions for technical issues to the client at all times

o Implementing the Planned Preventive Management Program for the site

o Providing input for minor projects and coordinate with vendors from commencement to completion while working with the Programme Director

o Assisting the Digital Performance & Quality Lead in conducting compliance reviews as directed

o Conducting site training and support aimed at expanding the capabilities of the Operations staff

o Administering the JLL 360 program

The Engineer will demonstrate the following competencies:

\xe2\x96\xa0 Excellent technical troubleshooting knowledge and skills

\xe2\x96\xa0 Teamwork, collaboration and communication skills

\xe2\x96\xa0 Special knowledge and skills including exposure to HVAC, mechanical, electrical and fire systems \xe2\x96\xa0 Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports

\xe2\x96\xa0 Proficient in basic computer applications and software such as MS Office
