You will be responsible to manage both data centers namely KCS (Kim Chuan Singapore), IBS (International Business Singapore).As an Engineer in our Group Technology team, you\'ll play a key role in the management of SG Data centre\'s physical power, cooling and onsite IT assets. You will be responsible to manage both SG Data centres namely called KCS and IBS data center.Banking is changing and we\'re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you\'ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.What will your day look like?As an Engineer your will:Maintain 99.9% SLA to ensure availability of power and cooling at both data centers in Singapore i.e KCS and IBSCollaborate with 3rd party data center service provider for both the KCS and IBS data center.Closely collaborate with the customers, platform IT teams on BAU, project and incident management.Manage monthly authoriser, permanent and keypress reports are generated and done in a timely manner.Raise Change records/ Incident records for any SG data center facilities changes. Manage the day-to-day BAU activities and manage access request for onsite access.Escalate/Manage emergency incidents calls and attend onsite for any SG data center incidents. Manage yearly audits reports related to SG data center. Generate SOPs and ensure activities are implemented according to relevant SOPs. Generate monthly capacity management reports and ensure IT/Cooling/Rack load are verified according to specifications.Risk management and proper procedures for SG data center operations.Manage patching and cabling works for SG Data center activities.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Certifications related to Data center management example CDCP, CDCM. Or Certifications in, facility management or Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringKnowledge in change management process.Knowledge in safety and best practices for data center management.Technical Mastery- Data center and Facility background of IT power, cooling and IT asset management.- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Certified Data Centre Management skills sets.- Patching and cabling works in the internal data center space.

• Continuous Improvement

- Support continuous improvement of new and upcoming data center practices.Date Centre Engineer Experience- Knowledge of Data center best practice and solutions- Risk management and decision making on critical data center incidents.- SOPs and procedures for BAU, incident and project management.- Experience in Service now change records.You\'re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
