• Manage a team of planners and operations to plan and implement on access equipments (MD, ONU, MSAN, IAD, PCM) & Main Distribution Frame. Supporting Singtel services (ALLC, Del, BizVoice, ISDN2, Phonenet).
• Work closely with the sales, products, operations, and external parties in overseeing technical aspects and system issue resolution.
• Coordinating with sales on growth & fault clearing.
• Align with product house on requirements & budgeting.
• Support operation on Day0-Day2 requirement.
• Migrate legacy equipments to FTTC/FTTH solutions.
• Drive on new equipment tender & its evaluation.
• Budget coordination & ensure CAPEX/OPEX accordance to KPI targets.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Electronics or equivalent
• Experience in legacy copper-based telecom equipment. Preferably working as Support Engineer/Team Lead/Supervisor.
• Have good working knowledge of networking technologies, in particular VoIP, MPLS, H.248, SIP
