- Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp their goals and challenges.
- Conduct user research (interviews, workshops, usability testing) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and refine design concepts through exploration and iteration.
- Ensure design quality and usability by aligning with stakeholder feedback and working with development teams.
- Contribute to or manage the design system.
- Enhance team design skills through collaboration, storytelling, and digital advocacy.
- Strong skills in UX design, including information architecture and visual design.
- Ability to simplify complex problems into user-friendly solutions.
- Proficient with design tools (e.g., Figma) and principles.
- Understanding of front-end development and design systems.
- Skilled in prototyping and communicating design ideas.
