Job Description

What the role is:
As an Engineer/Executive Engineer (Instrumentation) in the Changi Water Reclamation Plant, you will be part of the team responsible for the treatment of used water to quality suitable for NEWater production and for safe discharge to the sea. We are looking for motivated individuals to join us.
What you will be working on:
Your job role will include but are not limited to the following: o Work with a team of engineers and contractors to plan and implement maintenance activities o Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for instrumentation-related issues o Support integration of instrumentation data with SCADA, data historians, and analytics platforms o Assist supervisor to develop and monitor maintenance plans and budget o Perform procurement, contract management, inventory and asset management functions with enterprise systems such as the Asset Management System o Participate in improvement projects to enhance equipment performance, reliability and efficiency
What we are looking for:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent o Comfortable with working in a used water treatment plant environment o Independent, result-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills. o Respond to urgent situations outside normal working hours o Familiarity with field instrumentations and its applications in used water treatment processes will be an advantage
