Looking for a Biomedical Engineering Assistant!Candidates without experience are welcome to apply!Location: CentralWorking Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hours:

• Provide technical support in the commissioning, operation, maintenance and de-commissioning of medical equipment to all hospital personnel
• Supervise and ensure that all medical equipment maintenance work done by specialist vendors and appointed contractors meets quality standards and are in compliance to standards
• Update and collect feedback from users regularly on the maintenance, performance, reliability and quality of medical equipment
• Check, analyse and investigate faults / complaints / hazards on medical equipment and assist Biomedical Engineers in mapping out and implementing necessary action plans
• Ensure quality of works conform to standards and practices set out by the hospital, including other quality initiatives driven by hospital and department
• Perform inventory management for supplies and spares needed for front line technical support, and assist in related documentation
• Assist Biomedical Engineers in coordinating services for medical equipment projects with vendors, contractors and appointed project consultants
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or related discipline
• Preferably with 3-5 years\' of practical experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and able to provide technical support as needed
• Possess high standards of professionalism and able to communicate well with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
