Job Description
The EA is assisting the design engineer to develop production drawings from design concept.
The production drawings are the main line of communication to our production foreman, welders, and quality department to fabricate all deck machinery.
Required Skill Sets
- Able to drawing and produce AutoCAD or SOLIDWORK drawings
- Fresh graduate diploma holder or ITE mechanical certificate, mechatronic certificate with 1 years of working experience in engineering field.
Preferred Skillsets
- Hydraulic / Electrical drive
Major Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with Engineer to convey design on detailed custom fabrication drawings 2. Work with Welding Supervisor to create weld maps for production 3. Manage and release drawings to the production foreman and ensure they have the latest revisions 4. Ability to read through and follow customer/project-related specifications/standards 5. Create bills of materials for drawings and purchasing ERP system 6. Balance multiple projects at one time and prioritize accordingly 7. Assemble final data books at the end of the project that encompass all project related documents
(Working location involve multiple site, most of the site office located in Tuas area)
