Responsibilities
- Responsible for optical defect inspection system, located at Skyworks Bedok clean room.
- Create process recipe, execute test and release to manufacturing operators, with proper documentation work after test result is confirmed.
- Analyze test data to check production yield stability and publish report.
- Collaborate with team members, to identify cause of detected defect and reduce it.
- Minimum Diploma in any engineering discipline
- AOI handling/semiconductor experience is preferred
