Qualification:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Update and monitor projects status daily * PR status * PO status * Parts leadtime * Parts endorsed to assembly * Design Status * BOM status
Generate project withdrawal form
Withdraw available parts at store.
Generate PR for parts not available at store.
Generate JO based on SO release.
Follow up deliveries and target completion to all concerned departments. and ensure committed dates are met.
Generate and release minutes of the meeting.
Monitor and follow up action items to Engineering.
Coordinating incoming and outgoing items, products and deliveries.
Update and coordinate project issues to division supervisor.
Maintaining office records.
Interfaces with Sales and Production coordinator.
