Soar your career with Pratt & Whitney Engineering Graduates Program (EGP) expecting in Quarter 3 2023! We are dedicated to provide accelerated exposure to the various elements of the Singapore Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) and Manufacturing network, and to develop engineering talent. In addition to an accelerated engineering learning curriculum, the EGP will provide employees with exposure to Customer Oriented Results & Excellence (CORE), Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Ethics and Compliance (E&C) which are key elements within P&W\xe2\x80\x99s overall management system.

The Engineering Graduate Program is a rotational program launched for the first time in 2016. This program intent is to give the successful applicant the opportunity to work and learn the various Pratt & Whitney Engineering roles by attaching to key functional areas which are Repair Units, Engine Center and Manufacturing. The rotational program has been created in order to understand various regulatory, quality and engineering procedures in an aviation MRO and Manufacturing environment. Finally, the EGP program consists of three eight-month rotations, with placement into an engineering position at one of the sites upon completion of the two-year program.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Operations, including troubleshooting process & equipment-related issues, and technical data interpretation.

Work directly with shop technicians to resolve technical queries regarding parts or engines.

Perform technical data review and establish/enhance shop instructions to ensure robust processes that produce high quality results.

Support the implementation of Repair Process Standard Work (RPSW) requirements in products value stream

Design and implement tooling as needed to drive quality improvements or introduction of new processes.

Apply continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and lower cost.

Liaise with P&W and other engine OEM on technical data, process qualification, and technology transfer.

Actively support and participate in company initiatives such as Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE), Technology & Automation and Lean manufacturing activities.

Drive and implement cost reduction project through Technology insertion.

Responsibilities will vary depending on the assignment. The EGP candidates will work in various disciplines and support key projects & initiatives across our Pratt & Whitney Singapore Sites.

Requirements

Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering disciplines, 2nd upper honours or cumulative GPA of 4.0 or higher.

Fresh graduates (2022-2023) are welcome to apply.

Zero to three years of relevant experience only.
