The
Engineering Internship Programme (EIP)
is designed to provide undergraduate students with a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a healthcare setting. This programme focuses on the maintenance, operation, and improvement of medical devices, preparing interns for real-world challenges in biomedical engineering.Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Maintenance Medical Equipment Procurement & Evaluation. Knowledge Management & Process Improvement.
Learning Objectives:
Enhance communication and stakeholder management skills. Gain hands-on experience with medical devices. Develop project management skills and an understanding of departmental and organizational needs. Learn about change management and implement real-world solutions.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred), Computing Science or a related field. Strong problem-solving and technical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Other Information:
Internship Duration: January to June 2026 Able to commit to a full-time internship schedule.
