Engineering Manager (mandarin Speaking)
Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Responsible for successful performance and delivery of the project;2. Establish and manage project objectives and baselines, planning and acquire project resources;3. Manage and control project schedule, cost, quality, scope, risk,etc.,to meet requirements of the contract and customer;4. Communication management, escalation of major/critical issues during project implementation;5. Organizing to complete PAT/FAT as project schedule; establish and improve relationship with customer;6. Team building and performance management of project teams and team members;7. Responsible in overseeing workers in various departments who are assigned certain tasks to complete for a given project and involves creating schedules and following up with employees to ensure that each phase of project proceeds as planned8. Supervises other department heads in carrying out certain projects, and keeps upper management personnel informed as to how a particular plan is progressing9. Responsible in coordinating telecommunication systems installation projectsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1. With relevant experience2. Can communicate in Mandarin3. Willing to work in SLZ4. Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays5. With IPMA certificate is an advantage but not a requirement for the roleJob Type: Full-timeLanguage:
