• Location : Central
• Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Flexible)
• Salary Package: Starting salary per month depending on experience, AWS with VB, and Permanent Benefits + Mobile Allowance + 21AL

Job Scopes:

• Oversees the mechanical systems (eg. chiller plant, airside equipment, EMS/BMS, lifts/escalators)
• Responsible for planning, implement, reviewing and improving the maintenance outcomes of the mechanical systems
• Conduct periodic inspection on the system functionality, performance and abnormalities.
• Track, monitor and ensure the timely completion of works and payment to vendor
• Responsible for the renewal & administration of the maintenance term contracts, renewal of statutory certification and submit monthly report of critical systems.
• Analyse system performance data and make recommendations for performance improvement (eg. utilities consumption, maintenance quality)
• Review and improve on SOP/workflow to enhance maintenance outcomes, enhance quality of service delivery and team productivity
• Prepare budget for mechanical system and manages expenditure within approved budget.
• Work closely with the Project team to oversee the implementation, testing, commissioning and taking over of the mechanical systems

Experience Requirements :

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 8 years relevant experience in reputable buildings like office buildings or shopping malls
• Strong knowledge on air conditioning system
• Interested in candidates with relevant experience in Malaysia shopping malls
