Innovio, a SaaS start-up brand new to Singapore is looking for a stellar Engineering Manager / Tech Lead to join them in their core founding team!

About the Engineering Manager / Tech Lead Role:

As an Engineering Manager / Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading both the front-end and back-end development of new projects from inception, with a special focus on creating a cutting-edge Content Management System (CMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the company\'s technical vision and strategy, ensuring the efficient delivery of business requirements.
• Make informed technical design decisions and contribute to pre-design workshops, ensuring scalability and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, back-end developers, and the product team, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
• Work in conjunction with partner architects and development teams in Malta, expanding your global network and learning from industry experts.
• Continuously improve processes and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development and QA teams.
• Establish guidelines for integration patterns and data storage options, shaping the future of the company\'s technical infrastructure.

To succeed in this Engineering Manager / Tech Lead role you must hold strong multifaceted experience in Front and Backend development, and have worked in a similar role before.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on systems architecture development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of systems architecture principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in assessing and enhancing existing software systems, driving technological advancements.

Deep understanding of API design, API management, and integration patterns.

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Angular or a similar front-end framework, and .NET/C# for back-end development.
