Supervise a team of technicians in delivering facilities management and M&E services across assigned properties.
Plan and assign daily tasks, ensuring performance standards and service quality are met.
Coordinate and implement maintenance programmes for building infrastructure, Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) and M&E plant and equipment.
Recommend and oversee repair works, renovations, and equipment replacement.
Prepare and review tender specifications for M&E works.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of services, compliance and adherence to safety procedures and equipment standards.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and contractors on maintenance and compliance matters.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good planning and organisational skills, coupled with ability to work independently and in a team.
