Service Delivery & Operations (SDO) team that specialized field delivery (onsite support) and self-replacement (SR) operations. The key responsibilities include optimal customer experience, an efficient delivery channel and lower onsite rate.
This role oversees and ensures the day-to-day SR's operation is smooth and meets its performance target.
In addition, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring equipment availability, and supporting the field engineering team through effective stock coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Make an Impact by
Reviewing the fault rate and identify opportunities for self-replacement to minimize the overall onsite rate.
Coordinating with all the self-replacement counters (>12) and couriers to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
Being the escalation contact points for all the self-replacement counters to resolve any customer, system or operation issue.
Ensuring the performance targets (eg wait time, customer experience, upselling, stock accuracy) are met.
Reviewing partner ad-hoc request (eg shorten operating hours), dispute management (pricing, payment matters) and 1st level payment verification
Monitoring and ensure counter operation staff comply to all the mandatory learning by the company standards, security screening and any other credit or legal regulation
Evaluating and disseminate key information to all counter's touchpoints on new or changes in product, SOP and/or business information
Managing and update inventory management systems regularly.
Receiving and dispatching goods from the stores, storing goods received appropriately.
Keeping up-to-date records of stock receipts, and withdrawals of stocks.
Generating related reports to verify inventory levels and determining and rectify any stock discrepancies.
Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to CTDI as appropriate.
Skills for Success
Diploma certification in Engineering preferable in Telecommunication or Info-communications Technology.
Preferably 2 years working experience. Fresh grads may apply
Basic knowledge in data communication (wired, wireless), internet security and home automation.
Experience with face-to-face interaction / counter operations.
Experience in partner and vendor management
Good communication skills, tactful, keen to learn and a team player.
Able to cope and work in a fast-paced environment.
