Our Sales Development Program (SDP) is an early-career initiative designed to cultivate future sales leaders within the company. We're on the lookout for recent graduates and emerging professionals, the program combines structured training, hands-on experience, and mentorship to accelerate your growth in technical sales and customer relationship management.
The program spans 18 months and you will receive in-depth exposure to Ingersoll Rand's diverse portfolio of products and solutions. Training focuses on both technical knowledge and soft skills--such as consultative selling, negotiation, and strategic account management.
By working closely with experienced sales professionals, customers, and cross-functional teams, you can expect to gain a solid foundation in value-based selling and a deep understanding of customer needs across industries. Graduates of this program are positioned for success in full-time sales roles and long-term career advancement within the organization.
