Our team is made up of committed, talented, and friendly people passionate about our job, believing in people well-being and people development.New employee will have positive experiences with our comprehensive induction and training programs with buddy system.About the role - you will:Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of the sputtering tool.Work with equipment and process engineering on continuous tool improvement on reliability performance and product defect reduction.Initiate ideas on equipment OEE and productivity improvement, safety hazards and cost saving reduction projects.Be trained to utilize data analytics and machine learning applications for tool troubleshooting and your feedback will be sought after for further improvementsBe trained on vacuum technology fundamental and have the opportunities for continual learning and growth.About you:Self-motivated and positive working attitudeTeam player with good problem-solving skillWilling to work in a clean room environmentWilling to work on 12 hours day shift patternYour experience includes:Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or Diploma or ITEKnowledge or experience in Mechanical or ElectronicsTroubleshooting Mechanical or Electrical Equipment is an advantageClean room experience will be an advantageData analysis and MS office skillsFresh graduates are welcomeLocation:Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
