• Provide administration support to Engineering Department.
• Update in system on staff leave application, roster and training records.
• Provide support and coordinate Engineering\'s contractor activities.
• Coordinate maintenance work and keep updated records.
• Maintain E-filing documents.
• Handle and compile purchase requisition, purchase order and quotation.
• Communicate with all departments, vendors, suppliers and contractors.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Talent ProfileProficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge in SAP systemHigher Nitec, DiplomaGood Interpersonal and communication skillsAt least 1 year working experience in the related field.
