Job Responsibilities

Assist engineering teams in setting up test equipment for engineering and production purposes. Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining, including Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, and Laser Mark systems. Perform test program correlations and reject verifications. Prepare test hardware for remote testing, including loading and performing sanity checks on test programs. Conduct characterization or sample screening based on internal team requests.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, IT, Biochemical, Mechanical, Computer, or Architecture Engineering, or Higher Nitec/Nitec in the same fields. Willingness to work permanent night shifts in a 3-4-4-3 pattern and flexibility for staggered/night shifts as needed. Experience in HTOL (High-Temperature Operating Life) support. Experience with ATE testers; knowledge of Advantest 93K is an advantage. Hands-on experience with Handlers, Probers, Thermostream testing equipment, or bench test equipment. Experience working in production/engineering semiconductor test facilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
