Job Description


Job Purpose

  • Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of Identity management and privileged access management (PAM) services.
  • Responsible for continuous review of the identity and user accounts and PAM , seeking to improve and increase user satisfaction and deliver an excellent user experience.
  • Responsible to consolidate, maintain and streamline organisation Identity Management and PAM systems.
  • Ensure compliance, governance and control of user access management and PAM.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and support daily operations of Identify Management System (IdMS) and PAM.
  • Identify and communicate to end user\'s about AD account requirements and changes.
  • Support Application and Infra teams to on board to PAM and support operational matters.
  • Coordinate with Service Desk and respective vendors to address user accounts related issues.
  • Provide support to VIP users to ensure identity issues are resolved.
  • Monitor user\'s account integrity and user role requests in IdMS.
  • Document assigned business process flows and use-case scenarios.
  • Ability to communicate to users of all levels.
  • Additional duties as needed by the company.
  • Ensure all compliance with audit related activities.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Good experience in managing IT Support Service.
Skills
  • Good knowledge in Active Directory, Windows Server Technologies, and cloud technologies.
  • Good experience in handling audit related matters
  • Good knowledge of Service Desk Management and vendor management.
  • Intermediate Excel Skill
  • Basic MSSQL Knowledge, VB Scripting, Power BI
  • VB.NET knowledge in Windows Service, Web/Client Server Application
  • Forward looking and be able to manage efficient communication with internal customers and suppliers, foresee and resolve problems.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure to meet system performance service levels. Self-motivating and excellent customer handling skills
