Responsibilities:

Plan and establish work requirements, procedures
Overall manpower planning for upgrade and maintenance work for assets under his charge and progress monitoring
Budget allocation and planning for PMS and monitor the allocated budget
Update defect form and conduct breakdown review and root cause analysis
Establish and review of PMS checklist according to regulatory guideline, manufacturer manual, and breakdown review and analysis outcome
Raise TPO/ DRL/ PSO/ PWO for spare part or material for repair and maintenance work
Liaise with external contractor for repair/ maintenance work
Identify training needs for his team of men
KAIZEN preparation
Managing the administrative work for his team and assess the performance
QMS audit
Monthly report on breakdown root cause analysis
Conduct and review RA and Safety Workplan
