Job description The ideal candidate has a background of at least 3 years in the education field, working experience as kindergarten English teacher would be a major advantage. Perseverance, dedication and flexibility are must.

Requirements:

• You need to be able to adapt your teaching methodologies when necessary

• Being able to engage and motivate students

• Being proactive; showing initiative

• Punctuality

• Good time management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Good problem-solving skills

• A bachelor’s degree or a graduate degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience.

• Understanding the ‘concept’ of tuition centers, this is an education -yet service-oriented industry, each student is treated as an individual , instead of a ‘number’ .

• Willing to work in evenings, weekends, and in the daytime during peak periods.
  

**Important note: ** We are only looking for full-time teachers. The monthly salary ranges from 3,000 SGD to 4,500 SGD, depending on years of teaching experience and qualifications.

Duties:

• Preparing lessons plans, and tailor the lessons to students’ needs

• Providing (written) feedback on student progress

• Developing curriculum materials

• Identifying learning obstacles

• Supervising students during peak hours

• Other ad hoc tasks
  

Work schedule

• The work schedule is five or six days a week depending on candidates availability.

• 09:00 to 20:00 on weekdays; 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends. (Lunch: 12:00 - 14:00)

• Note that the schedule is subject to change during school breaks and on public holidays.
