• Lead centre\'s team to achieve sales target and fosters a positive work environment.
• Ensure smooth operation according to SOP, delivering service of exceptional quality.
• Building and managing strong relationships with customers, making sure that valuable customers are taken care of.
• Accountable for managing the facilities, resources and equipment in the centre.
• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years\' experience in relevant industry management experience.
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
