Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Enrolments (Primary KPI)
Lead enrolment activities: parent consultations, centre tours, follow-ups, and closing new sign-ups/renewals.
Work with marketing to develop lead generation strategies.
Track enrolment data and identify opportunities to maximise conversions.
2. Customer Experience & Parent Relationships
Act as the primary contact for parents, handling queries and resolving concerns.
Build long-term trust and rapport with parents and students.
Encourage parent testimonials and online reviews.
3. Team Leadership & Staff Supervision
Lead and coach centre staff, ensuring service and performance standards are met.
Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and guide staff in daily operations.
4. Centre Operations & Programme Quality
Oversee daily centre operations, including class/event readiness.
Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth programme delivery.
Monitor payroll verification and centre documentation.
5. Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate enrolment, invoicing, and payment records.
Submit regular performance and operations reports to management.
Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Education Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years
in the education/enrichment sector, with at least
2 years in a supervisory/leadership role
.
Proven track record in
enrolment sales
, meeting monthly KPIs, and parent engagement.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools.
Willing to work weekends and evenings
as part of a 44-hour work week roster.
Willing to rotate across multiple centres (Toa Payoh, Bukit Timah, Clementi, Pasir Ris).
Working Hours & Roster

44 working hours per week (includes weekends).
Current rest days: Monday & Tuesday (subject to change as roster grows).
Weekend operations:
First class starts 9:00am; last class ends 6:30pm.
Team reports from 8:00/8:30am until 7:00pm.
