Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Enrolments (Primary KPI)
Conduct parent consultations, centre tours, and close new enrolments/renewals.
Track and analyse enrolment data to meet monthly sales targets.
Work with marketing team on lead generation strategies.
2. Customer Experience & Relationship Building
Be the main point of contact for parents.
Build trust and drive positive testimonials and reviews.
3. Team Leadership & Staff Management
Supervise and support centre staff to uphold service standards.
Conduct performance check-ins and guide daily operations.
4. Centre Operations & Reporting
Oversee class and event execution, ensuring readiness and safety.
Maintain accurate enrolment, invoicing, and financial records.
Submit regular centre performance reports.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in education/enrichment sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in
enrolment sales
(monthly targets, renewals, closing parent consults).
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Organised, proactive, and results-driven.
Willing to work weekends and evenings.
