Enrolled Nurse * $2,200-$2,500 * 5 days, 8:30am-5:30pm * Toa Payoh Seeking a nurse with a passion to serve persons with physical disabilities, to provide competent nursing care to meet the n Enrolled Nurse $2,200-$2,500 5 days, 8:30am-5:30pm Toa Payoh Seeking a nurse with a passion to serve persons with physical disabilities, to provide competent nursing care to meet the needs of Care Recipients participating in a day activity programme. s: Centre-Based Care Comply with approved standard of nursing practice Provide direct nursing care (e.g. monitoring of vital signs) and engage in activities that are specific to an assigned group of physically-challenged Care Recipients Provide guidance to Care Recipients and their Family Caregivers on the prescribed care and treatment required for the Care Recipient's medical condition Work together with Programmes staff on planning activities suitable for the needs and challenges of the group of physically-challenged Care Recipients Home-Based Care Coordinate home-based care services together with partner agency Administrative Duties Assist in assessment and admission of new centre- and home-based clients Maintain accurate documentation of home- and centre-based care services Maintain inventory of relevant equipment and materials Job Requirements: Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registered nurse. Preferably 2-3 years relevant experiences. Proficiency in MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
