:

This position requires the candidate to work closely with the Director of Enrichment in the function of sales and marketing. This position will be responsible for end-to-end sales conversion from leads to enrolment by overseeing enrolment process and meet enrolment targets Essentially this position will be required to build strong and trusting relationships with internal and external customers and internal departments.

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end sales conversion from leads to sign-ups.
  • Accountable for meeting sales targets by converting enquiry leads to trials to enrolments.
  • Provide end-to-end seamless customer experience.
  • Involve in marketing planning and execution to generate leads.
  • Manage HubSpot for all enquiries and provide update on leads and trials of all outlets.
  • Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide customers with clear explanations on our programmes in person, virtually or via various communication channels.
  • Work closely with customer service team, scheduling team and parents to schedule trial lessons.
  • Follow up on leads and trials closely and in timely manner to maintain high conversion.
  • In-charge of accurate billing and on-time payment as per agreement with customers for sign-ups.
  • Acquire a strong knowledge of ongoing promotion to advise parents.
  • Have a keen sense to understand parents\xe2\x80\x99 consideration in decision making to secure sign-ups.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers\xe2\x80\x99 interest.
  • Develop great rapport with parents and children to build brand loyalty.
  • Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience in customer engagement.
  • Acquire a strong working knowledge of the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s programmes and services.
  • Maintain close liaison with all other departments in order to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide regular update and feedback to the team on how to improve on call to actions.
  • Reception duties, answering any phone and email enquiries if the need arises.
  • Cover any absentee of customer service team at all outlets.
  • Consolidate monthly total enrolment, leads and trials reports for management submission.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
  • Possesses at least a degree in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and customer service role.
  • Possesses strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Being effectively bilingual would be a strong advantage.
  • Candidates who have worked in the education industry are most preferred.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Good team player, possesses the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Driven and high performer to meet sales target.
  • Positive, extroverted and outgoing personality.
  • Well-groomed with a professional disposition.
  • Flexible, able to manage change and ambiguity well and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • May require to work shift hours and on weekends.
