:

Data Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document data requirements for various projects and initiatives.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and data profiling exercises to understand business processes, data flows, and data dependencies.
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies in data sources and propose solutions to address data quality and integration issues.

Data Modeling and Design:

Design logical and physical data models that represent business entities, relationships, and data attributes.

• Define data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage to ensure data understanding and governance.
• Collaborate with data architects and data engineers to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data structures.

Data Integration and Transformation:

Collaborate with technical teams to define data integration requirements and mappings between source and target systems.

• Ensure data consistency and integrity across various data sources through the design and implementation of data validation rules.
• Identify data transformation needs and work with ETL developers to define transformation logic and data mappings.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Perform data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and support business decision-making processes.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop measurement frameworks to monitor data quality and usage.

Data Governance and Compliance:

Assist in defining data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Participate in data governance forums and facilitate discussions on data ownership, data stewardship, and data lifecycle management.

Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant departments to understand their needs and priorities.

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project status, data-related issues, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in a data-centric role.
• Solid understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying techniques. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in enterprise data management and analytics.
