Lead and manage a team of officers to attract and recruit local and international students for the Academy.
Lead and manage the team in student outreach and recruitment programmes and budget, providing course counselling, answering queries, and administering admission tests and auditions.
Identify, forge and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with key players both locally and internationally and oversee the work of appointed overseas education counsellors and marketing agents.
Liaise with and work closely with schools and other institutions on recruitment activities as part of local and overseas outreaches.
Work closely with Corporate Communications Office in NAFA on marketing matters, including Open House Event, Degree Information Day etc.
Work closely with Student Admissions Team in NAFA and be the bridge with marketing agents to achieve recruitment targets and outcomes.
Track and analyse recruitment outcomes and develop new strategies for the team.
Provide guidance and training to NAFA staff in enterprise-related skills.
Requirements
Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in managing the marketing and business development aspects of Higher Education programmes, and education counsellors in South-East Asia
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong team player
