Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities. Deliver impactful product presentations and demos to potential clients. Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers. Manage proposals, RFP responses, and negotiation processes. Partner with internal teams to design tailored solutions for clients. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reporting. Work with strategic partners to expand solution offerings.

What You'll Bring:



Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in software (SaaS) or business services. Experience selling to HR decision-makers and C-level executives. Strong outbound sales skills and a fearless hunter mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently. Experience with HR software or payroll outsourcing is a bonus. Skills in social media marketing and WordPress are advantageous.
