About the Role




As an

Enterprise Sales Manager

at

SunFish HRIS (DataOn Group)

, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets within Singapore and selected regional markets. You will promote and sell the

SunFish HRIS product suite

to enterprise clients through strategic, consultative sales approaches.


This is an

individual contributor role

that requires proven experience in managing

complex B2B software sales cycles

and engaging

senior-level decision-makers

in the

Human Capital Management (HCM)

or

Enterprise SaaS

space.


You will focus on both

new client acquisition

and

expanding existing accounts

, supported by regional marketing and business development teams to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Own the sales cycle:

Manage end-to-end sales activities from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, including renewals and upselling.

Develop pipeline:

Build and maintain a robust pipeline by identifying and engaging new enterprise prospects.

Lead complex enterprise deals:

Navigate multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales processes, and craft tailored HRIS solutions to address client needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally:

Partner with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful client engagement and solution delivery.

Account management:

Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities within assigned clients.

Proposal and contract management:

Lead RFP responses, prepare proposals, conduct product presentations, and participate in commercial negotiations.

Market intelligence:

Stay updated on HR technology trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to strengthen your sales positioning.

CRM discipline:

Maintain accurate sales activities, forecasts, and pipelines within Salesforce or equivalent CRM system. *

Client representation:

Represent SunFish at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a trusted advisor.
