The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new sales acquisition of Medium Enterprise businesses in assigned territories. This is an individual contributor role. The successful candidate must have knowledge of technology tools and a keen ability to deliver client-specific solutions. Responsible for delivering integrated, customized travel management to help corporations manage and improve their travel investment. The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders and partners, along with building and developing senior-level client contacts. The Enterprise Sales Manager will sell to multinational companies with footprints across all regions: Asia Pacific (APAC), North America, Latin America and European markets. This position aims to develop multi-dimensional relationships with global customers and provide customized solutions for their worldwide travel needs.

This position requires a customer-centric approach with tried skills in pipeline management, platform selling, negotiation, and understanding complex systems and processes. Effective communication and a strong knowledge of market trends will assist in understanding the impact on business needs and travel solutions. This position will represent the Egencia brand through verbal, written and formal presentations to potential customers at all levels.
The individual must be a great teammate, biased to action, self-motivated, highly organized, high energy, integrity, humility and can function effectively in an unstructured environment.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

  • Active prospecting and documentation
  • Ability to conduct deep Discovery with CFOs, Procurement Leaders & Corporate Travel Managers to understand product capabilities and communicate the value and differentiation of a service offering in the market.
  • Grow Egencia\'s portfolio and revenue with new customers by playing an active role in value proposition selling and contract negotiation
  • Once requirements are clearly identified, promote competitive advantages and Egencia\xe2\x80\x99s outstanding value proposition through proposals, RFI/RFPs and presentations
  • Connect with prospects (from discovery meeting to closing) and build a high-level relationship with executives (CFOs, CEOs)
  • Responsible for contract closing and implementation of customers with the implementation team
  • Selling the right solution to ensure that the customer transitions from implementation to trade
  • Sign profitable business to meet quarterly goals in line with Egencia\xe2\x80\x99s pricing schedules
  • Work collaboratively and establish relationships with internal teams


Who you are
You\xe2\x80\x99ll be great for this role if you have the following:
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and oral
  • Strong listening skills to interpret the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
  • Validated sales experience in pipeline management, including negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively address key decision-makers in a very competitive and innovative environment
  • Minimum five years Sales experience with a consistent track record in hitting quarterly sales targets
  • Organized and structured
  • High level of dynamism, drive, and energy - great teammate
  • Strong commitment to both a high quality of work and service to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient level of experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Salesforce
  • Position requires some travel, sometimes to international locations
  • A good knowledge of the corporate travel industry and/or platform selling (desired but not essential)
  • History of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS and/or Travel consultative environment is required.

  • Effectively identifies client needs to configure solutions that address client requirements and deliver value.
  • Positions products and services to meet specific prospect needs and solicits feedback about the value of proposed solutions.
  • Understands at a tactical level market/ industry key competitors, challenges, terminology, technology, trends, and regulations.
