The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new sales acquisition of Medium Enterprise businesses in assigned territories. This is an individual contributor role. The successful candidate must have knowledge of technology tools and a keen ability to deliver client-specific solutions. Responsible for delivering integrated, customized travel management to help corporations manage and improve their travel investment. The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders and partners, along with building and developing senior-level client contacts. The Enterprise Sales Manager will sell to multinational companies with footprints across all regions: Asia Pacific (APAC), North America, Latin America and European markets. This position aims to develop multi-dimensional relationships with global customers and provide customized solutions for their worldwide travel needs.
This position requires a customer-centric approach with tried skills in pipeline management, platform selling, negotiation, and understanding complex systems and processes. Effective communication and a strong knowledge of market trends will assist in understanding the impact on business needs and travel solutions. This position will represent the Egencia brand through verbal, written and formal presentations to potential customers at all levels.
The individual must be a great teammate, biased to action, self-motivated, highly organized, high energy, integrity, humility and can function effectively in an unstructured environment.
