For this particular role, this person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of performers, musicians, and other entertainers. You will work with these artists to ensure that they are well prepared for their performances and appearances. You may also be involved in negotiating contracts and other legal matters related to their clients' careers. In addition to managing individual artists, entertainment managers often manage entire groups or bands. Ideally, you are an outgoing person with excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, high level of sharpness to details and standards, takes pride in one's work, team player, likable personality. Other responsibilites which may include:- Managing and overseeing all aspects of an event, from start to finish Negotiating contracts with talent, production companies, and other industry professionals to secure performers for events Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all services are provided as agreed upon and within budget Making sure that all operations run smoothly, including scheduling rehearsals and performances and making sure that all technical elements are working properly Overseeing marketing efforts such as creating advertisements or organizing promotional events Coordinating with marketing departments to develop and implement marketing strategies that reach target audiences through all channels, including print and digital advertising, social media campaigns, live events, and public relations campaigns Managing the budget and working with event planners, designers, and other professionals to create an event that is within the budget guidelines Evaluating the success of an event based on factors such as ticket sales,attendance levels, and customer satisfaction levels Looking forward to chat to you soon.
