Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, responsible and reliable Operator Trainer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individual with passion for heavy machinery and ground engineering to build a rewarding career in the foundation and geotechnical industry.

Responsibilities

Provide familiarization and training to customer's operators. Assist in the setup and operation of bored piling rigs and associated equipment. Support the senior operator with daily tasks, site preparation and machine maintenance. Assist in lifting and rigging tasks according to senior operator instructor Assist in troubleshooting machine faults. Support the commissioning of new machines, as well as the erection and dismantling of equipment. Monitor safety procedures and adhere to company health and safety standards. Carry out routine maintenance checks and report issues as required Record daily activities and assist in quality control documentation.

Job Requirements

Familiarity to BAUER equipment; bore pile/grab/trench cutter would be an added advantage. A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction or groundworks. Relevant piling operation experience is highly desirable. Singapore Class 4 driving license. BCA Bored Piling Operation certificate. MOM crane operator certification is an advantage. Excellent communication skills. Proactive attitude and good problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a physical demanding environment. Strong awareness of health and safety regulations and procedures. Willing to learn and follow instructions from senior operator. Willing to take on overseas assignments. This is a hands-on, field-based role that involves daily jobsite activity. Comfortable with overtime and weekend work when required.
