Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist project team on environmental issues such as noise pollution, vector control, air pollution, water pollution and drainage, prevention & control of infectious diseases, food hygiene, solid waste management, chemical storage & disposal and haze response procedures and implementation.
- Coordinate environment control committee meeting and implement all environment control programs.
- Compiling and completing checklists in order to aid the surveillance and inspection requirements.
- Investigate all environmental incidents at site and propose actions to prevent re-occurrence of similar incidents.
- Ensure compliance of operations with NEA and LTA environmental requirements.
- Liaise with NEA and relevant authorities on all environmental issues.
- Conduct environmental related training's to workforce.
- Lead GGBS implementations at site.
- Preferably candidates with prior experience in LTA projects.
- Registered Environment Control Officer under NEA.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess with relevant safety certificates
