• Overall in-charge of facilitating pharmacy operations of the e-pharmacy service, including overseeing the drug storage practice in the warehouse and inventory control.
• Licence holder and pharmacist-in-charge of the e-pharmacy and home delivery service
• Involved in quality improvement, SOP, and safety activities with regards to the e-pharmacy service.
• Dispense medicine according to PSS Good Pharmacy Practice guide.
• Counsel patients on the correct use of medications including proper storage conditions, drug allergy, side effects etc
• Provide drug information to doctors and patients when needed.
• Oversee the work of support admin e.g., double checking of prescription labels and packaging of drugs etc.
• Keep abreast of new drugs or medical developments with continuing professional education to improve competency.
• Ongoing review and fine-tuning of existing workflows and platform to align and optimise standards and guidelines to best practices
• Work with vendors to ensure the most suitable drugs are provided for the e-pharmacy business

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy
• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a pharmacist in a retail and/or hospital/polyclinic outpatient environment
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in the use of modern technology; tech-savvy
• Keen interest in e-pharmacy
• Team player; problem solver; self-motivated
